How often should a headstone be cleaned?
We recommend cleaning every 6 months to prevent significant buildup of moss and biological growth.
Will cleaning damage the stone or inscription?
No - we use gentle, stone-safe methods specifically chosen to protect the surface and any lettering.
Do I need to be present during the visit?
No, you don't need to be there. We'll send before and after photos once the work is complete.
Do you need permission from the cemetery?
Yes, we do as we are a business. We have to meet a lot of other criteria in order to be able to do this job, but we are okay. We handle any necessary permissions with the cemetery, churchyard or council before starting work.
How long does a clean take?
Most visits take between 1–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the memorial. The regular maintanance takes up to one hour whilst deep cleans and re-leterring could take up to 4 hours.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex and East Sussex.
How do I get a quote?
Simply fill out our quote request form and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. You don't have to put your phone number either if you only want to receive the quote by email. But if you leave us your phone number, we most likely give you a call too to discuss about your quote.
