The Grave Care Company provides professional memorial and headstone care services across Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex and East Sussex. By using our website or requesting our services you agree to these terms.

- Our services
All services are subject to a quote and agreement before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion. - Quotes and payment
Quotes are provided following review of your submitted request and photos. Payment is required before or upon completion of work as agreed. We issue invoices via Shopify. - Cemetery permissions
It is the customer's responsibility to confirm any required permissions from the relevant cemetery or local authority before work begins. - Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact thegravecarecompany@gmail.com as soon as possible. - Liability
We carry public liability insurance for every visit. We are not liable for pre-existing damage identified and photographed before work begins. - Website use
