No — we use gentle, stone-safe methods specifically chosen to protect the surface and any lettering.
Do I need to be present during the visit?
No, you don't need to be there. We'll send before and after photos once the work is complete.
Do you need permission from the cemetery?
We handle any necessary permissions with the cemetery or churchyard before starting work.
How long does a clean take?
Most visits take between 1–3 hours depending on the size and condition of the memorial.
